Ingredients

2 cans (10.5 ounces each) condensed cream of mushroom soup

1/2 cup milk

1 teaspoon soy sauce (optional, for depth of flavor)

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

4 cups cooked cut green beans (about 2 pounds fresh or 2 bags 16-ounce frozen, thawed)

1 can (6 ounces) crispy fried onions, divided

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 1.5-quart casserole dish.

In a large bowl, whisk together the cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce (if using), and black pepper until smooth.
